HD7B41X hydraulic control check valve is suitable for pump outlet pipelines with water as the medium. As a closed circuit and check valve, it is used to avoid and reduce the backflow of the medium and excessive water hammer in the pipeline system, in order to protect the pipeline system. This valve is opened by hydraulic drive and closed by the potential energy of a heavy hammer, with flexible and reliable opening and closing. After installing the load pump, this valve can replace two valves: gate valve, butterfly valve, and check valve. And the flow resistance coefficient is only 30% of the Monet flow resistance coefficient of the two valves mentioned above. Therefore, this type of valve is an energy-saving product. When closing, the hydraulic control device is divided into two stages: fast closing at the first 60 ° and slow closing at the last 30 °. Depending on the working conditions, the fast and slow closing time and switching angle can be adjusted to prevent significant water hammer.
