Product Usage

KD7T42 emergency cut-off quick closing butterfly valve is mainly used in parallel units of thermal power plants and gas waste heat generator units, as an emergency cut-off valve to protect system safety.

Product Features:

1. The quick shutdown time can reach 0.5 seconds, and emergency shutdown is safe and reliable.
2. Triple eccentric metal seal, with a lightweight and flexible opening and closing structure, ensuring zero leakage in sealing.
3. At room temperature, a double eccentric soft seal structure can be used as the medium, which has low cost and reliable sealing.
4. Closing the valve end buffer effectively avoids valve inertia impact.
5. Spring can be used to achieve fast closing, and accumulator can be used to achieve fast closing for liquid. The two forms are similar and equally safe and reliable.
