Introduction to GW22-126/252 (D) (W) High Voltage Isolation Switch

The complete set of isolation switch consists of GW22-126/252 (D) (W) type isolation switch body, CJ7 electric mechanism, manual operation mechanism, transmission accessories, etc. This product can be placed directly below the busbar, with its static contacts suspended on the overhead busbar. After the product is opened, it forms a vertical insulation fracture. Especially in substations with "double busbar with bypass busbar", the saving of floor space is particularly significant.
The isolation switch is a single column vertical fracture folding type. The base is equipped with post insulators and operating insulators, as well as connecting rods and toggle arms. In addition, it is also equipped with mechanical interlocking components between the main switch blade and the grounding switch blade (only on the operating pole). The base has installation holes that can be directly installed on cement or steel frame foundations.
Clockwise rotation of the insulator can drive the main switch blade to extend and close, while counterclockwise rotation can cause it to close and fold, in the open state, forming a visible vertical fracture.
When the static contact fixed on the busbar deviates from the ideal position due to natural external disturbances such as strong winds, thermal expansion and contraction of the busbar, or ice cover, the switch itself can still easily achieve normal opening and closing during operation. Secondly, during installation and commissioning, even if the switch error is large, it can still ensure good completion of normal opening and closing.
