Industrial WZP series assembled platinum resistors are commonly used as temperature measurement transmitters in conjunction with display, recording, and regulating instruments to directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, vapor, gas media, and solids in the range of -200 to 500 ℃ during various production processes.
This series of prefabricated platinum resistors uses imported platinum resistance elements as temperature measuring components. Therefore, it has good electrical output performance and can provide accurate temperature change input signals for displays, recorders, regulators, scanners, data recorders, and computers.

structural principle

The WZP series assembled platinum resistance is composed of temperature sensing elements, stainless steel outer protective tubes, junction boxes, and various fixed devices for various purposes. There are two specifications of double and single element, and the double platinum resistance can simultaneously output two sets of the same resistance signal for use.
Platinum resistance is a temperature sensor that measures temperature by utilizing the characteristic that the resistance of platinum wire also changes with temperature changes. Stainless steel protective tubes not only have corrosion resistance, but also have sufficient mechanical strength to ensure the safe use of platinum resistance in various situations. Prefabricated platinum resistance junction boxes are available in two types: splash proof and waterproof. The installation of fixed devices includes fixed threads, movable flanges, fixed installation flanges, and cone-shaped protective tube devices with fixed bolts.
