The SBW series temperature transmitter with thermocouple or thermistor is a field installed temperature transmission unit in the DDZ-S series instruments. It integrates thermocouples or thermistors with transmitters to directly measure the temperature of liquid, vapor, and gas media within the range of -200 to 1600 ℃ in various industrial processes. It uses a two-wire transmission method (two wires as a common transmission line for power input and signal output). Convert thermocouple and thermistor signals into linear 4-20mA DC output signals, which are then sent to display, record and regulate instruments or computers. As a new generation of temperature measuring instruments, they can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, power, light industry, textile, food, national defense, and scientific research. The transmitter can be installed in the junction box of thermocouples and thermal resistance beads to form an integrated structure. The transmitter structure is divided into single branch and double branch types, which are respectively matched with single or double thermocouples or thermistors. The double branch power supply can use the same power supply or different power supplies.
