The FDEC series discharge coil is used in AC 50Hz, 10kV power systems, connected in parallel with a high-voltage parallel capacitor bank, so that the residual charge of the capacitor after being cut off from the power system can be quickly discharged, and the residual voltage of the capacitor reaches the required value within the specified time. This type of discharge coil has a tap in the middle of the first stage and two secondary stages, both with a voltage of 100V, for voltage differential protection.
