The FDEC11 and FDEC21 series discharge coils are used in AC 50Hz, 35kV power systems and are connected in parallel with high-voltage parallel capacitor banks. This allows the residual charge of the capacitors after being disconnected from the power system to be quickly discharged, and the residual voltage of the capacitors reaches the required value within the specified time.
The FDEC11 and FDEC21 series discharge coils have a tap in the middle and two secondary windings, both with a voltage of 100V, for voltage differential protection.
Environmental conditions for use

Structural characteristics of FDEC11 and FDEC21 series discharge coils
The FDEC11 and FDEC21 series discharge coils have two independent bodies that are not magnetically connected to each other. There are three high-voltage bushings and four low-voltage bushings on the box cover. There is a cylindrical oil storage tank on the high-pressure sleeve, and there is a valve on the oil storage tank that can be loosened during use. This type of discharge coil is fully sealed, and the oil in the tank does not come into contact with the outside air. Breathing relies on the rubber capsules in the oil storage tank. There is also an oil gauge on the oil storage tank, which shows the oil level at different temperatures.
The maximum working voltage is 1.1 times the rated terminal voltage.
