TR-2B Torque measuring instrumentDetailed product description:

The TR-2B torque and speed measuring instrument uses magnetic powder brakes (eddy current brakes) as damping loads and tension pressure sensors, photoelectric (or magneto electric) speed sensors as detection components to collect torque, speed, and power of power machinery. The instrument displays the acquisition results on a digital tube and is equipped with an RS232 (or customized half duplex RS485) standard serial interface for communication with a computer.
1、 Technical indicators
1. Torque collection range: 0~50000Nm (determined by the range of the tension and compression sensor)
2. Speed collection range: 2~20000r/min.
3. Torque collection error: less than 0.1%
4. Speed acquisition error: less than 0.05%.
5. Sampling period: 1 second
6. Power consumption: less than 10w
Introduction to TR-2B Torque Measuring Instrument Panel
The front panel is equipped with three buttons: "Parameters", "+", and "-". The "Parameters" button is used to select the parameters required by the system and store them; The "+" and "-" keys are used to modify system parameters.
working principle
The torque of the power is equal to the length of the force arm multiplied by the force acting on the force sensor;
The rotational speed of the power corresponds to the number of pulses output by the speed sensor.
System Settings
The system needs to set the following parameters:
1. Torque range 2. Number of teeth of speed sensor 3. Serial communication address
The "Parameters" key is a multifunctional key used to set three system parameters.
When the instrument is powered on, it displays "torque range", "number of teeth of speed sensor", and "serial communication address". Used to check if the parameters are correct.
Press the "Parameters" button once to enter the parameter setting state. At this time, F1 will be displayed in the power display window. Press the "Parameters" button again to display F2 until F3 is displayed. F1-F3 correspond to the three parameters mentioned above. When F3 is displayed, if you press the "Parameters" button again, "-- --" will be displayed in the power display window, and the system will store the above three parameters (not lost in case of power failure), and then automatically return to the working state.
Specific explanation:
(1) Torque range F1
Used to set the range of torque, which is the range value of the torque sensor.
Press the "Parameters" button once to display F1. Use the "+" and "-" keys to change the set value, which is 1, 2, 5... 10000, 20000, 50000.
(2) Number of teeth F2 of speed sensor
Used to set the number of teeth for the speed sensor (tooth range: 1-250), use the "+" and "-" keys to change the set value.
(3) Serial communication address F3
Used to set the communication address of the local machine, use the "+" and "-" keys to change the setting, with a range of 0-20. When not communicating with the computer, this parameter may not be set.
5、 Connection of sensors
(1) The signal line connection of the force sensor is:
Terminal 1: Shielded Terminal 2: 0V Terminal 3: Signal 2 Terminal 4: Signal 1 Terminal 5: 12V
(2) The signal line connection of the speed sensor is:
Terminal 6: 0V Terminal 7: Signal Terminal 8:+12V
6、 Connection of peripherals
This instrument provides an RS232 serial interface for communication with computers. The serial communication cable connection is as follows:
Precautions for TR-2B Torque Measuring Instrument
(1) Set the "torque range F1" and "sensor tooth count F2" correctly, otherwise the collected results will be incorrect.
(2) Preheat the instrument for 10 minutes before collection.
(3) The positive or negative torque value indicates the direction of rotation of the power.
(4) When the display window shows "E" or "- E", it indicates that the collected value exceeds the display range.
