HB-G identifiable phase contactless proximity switch
I. Overview
The HB-G non-contact proximity switch is a type of proximity switch designed specifically for the characteristic of recognizable phase zero counting. When the shaft rotates in the direction of arrow A, the two output terminals of the proximity switch will output two switch signals with a phase difference of 90 degrees in sequence. When the shaft passes in the direction of arrow B, the two output terminals of the proximity switch will output two switch signals with opposite phases to when passing in the direction A. In this way, a regular signal is sent to the recognizable phase counter to complete recognizable phase counting, that is, when the shaft rotates clockwise for one turn, the count is added (or subtracted), and when the shaft rotates counterclockwise for one turn, the count is reduced (or added). Refer to the installation diagram.
