The QXN series built-in high-power submersible electric pump is an efficient and energy-saving dry-type three-phase asynchronous motor, which is coaxially combined with single-stage or multi-stage water pumps to form an integrated electric drainage and irrigation equipment. Built in structure, the centrifugal impeller at the lower end rotates to suck in water and generate a centrifugal pressurized water flow, which changes direction vertically through the guide vanes, flows through the partition between the motor base and the outer shell, and then flows out from the top outlet. At the same time, the water flow takes away the heat exported by the motor, providing good heat dissipation effect for the motor. Its characteristics are beautiful appearance, reliable structure, strong motor overload capacity, and long service life.

The QXN series electric pump has undergone non blocking design and wear-resistant materials have been selected for the overcurrent section, which has strong solid particle passing ability and good wear resistance; At the same time, the lower end cover adopts double bearings, which can withstand large axial loads; In addition, optimization design has been carried out in electromagnetic calculation, which further improves the overload capacity of the motor.
