YXC-J YXC-JA protection relay
The contact power capacity of the shock resistant electric contact pressure gauge is relatively small. Although adding filling fluid prolongs the service life of the measurement system, the contact resistance of the contact is increased due to the influence of the oil film. The contact is prone to corrosion and should not be frequently opened at low voltage (high current).  

The protective relay can effectively overcome the above defects by connecting the electrical contact pressure gauge to the process control circuit during operation. The protective relay provides a working current of 0.2mA to the electrical contact, and the contact on/off signal causes the protective relay to operate. The switch amplification circuit of the protective relay can overcome the influence of contact resistance, make the electrical contacts reliable, and obtain complete protection, greatly increasing the electrical life. The output of imported high-performance relays can withstand high loads, meeting the safety and reliability requirements of shock resistant electric contact pressure gauges at low voltages (high currents).

Usage and ordering instructions:
The working environment should be free of corrosive gases.
It can be assembled with 35 rail instruments or installed independently on the base plate provided by our factory.
The DC24V working power supply of YXC-J cannot be centrally supplied with inductive loads at the output end, and it is recommended to use an instrument safety power supply.
The output of YXC-JA has a small current of DC24V and 20mA, which can be used for measuring signal lights or transmitters, but it is not suitable for long-term full load operation
