Single acting type
When compressed air enters the middle chamber between the two pistons (C) of the cylinder from the air port (B), it separates the two pistons and moves them towards the two ends of the cylinder, forcing the springs at both ends to compress. The air in the air chambers at both ends is discharged through the air port (A), and at the same time, the racks of the two pistons (C) synchronously drive the output shaft (D) (gear) to rotate counterclockwise by 90 degrees. After the compressed air passes through the solenoid valve, the two pistons of the cylinder move in the middle direction under the spring force, and the air in the middle chamber is discharged from the air port (B). At the same time, the racks of the two pistons (C) synchronously drive the output shaft (D) (gear) to rotate clockwise by 90 degrees, which can adjust the slight angle from both ends. Loosen the nut (E) and use an inner hexagonal plate to screw the adjusting bolt (F) to adjust the desired angle, and tighten the nut (E).

Using a single acting actuator, first determine the torque of the valve, and increase the safety value by 25% for water vapor or non lubricating media; Non lubricating dry gas medium increases the safety value by 60%; The safety value of granular powder media transported by non lubricating gas is increased by 100%; Increase the safety value by 20% for clean and frictionless lubricating media; Then search for the single use torque table, first check the spring reset endpoint, and then check the gas source working pressure endpoint. The gas source pressure torque should be greater than the spring reset torque to obtain the accurate GTE model. For example, if the gas source pressure is only 4 bar, control a butterfly valve that requires a torque of 100 NM, and the medium is non lubricating dry gas. Considering safety factors, an increase of 60% equals 160 NM. First, search for the spring reset endpoint according to the table to obtain a similar torque of 166 NM. Then, search for the endpoint torque of the gas source pressure 4 bar to the left along the row to obtain 196 NM, which happens to be greater than the spring reset torque. Then, search for its model to the left along the row and select GTE160.
