Characteristics of Q41N and Q61N forged steel high-pressure ball valves
1. All components of this product are forged parts
2. Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem and an inverted sealing structure for the equipment
3. Adopting an embedded valve seat, with an O-ring installed behind the valve seat to ensure that the medium does not leak outside
4. The sealing surface is made of nylon 1010, which has a friction coefficient usually one-third of that of Babbitt alloy, making it a natural sliding material. But its bending strength, impact strength, and high ductility are comparable to those of metals.
