Working principle of RZPG-I automatic sewage filter:
When the pipeline system is working normally, debris in the pipeline will be collected at the discharge port inside the filter mesh. There is no need to disassemble any parts of the filter to remove the debris. Simply open the discharge valve to discharge the debris. (1) Before discharging, turn the valve in front of the filter to reduce the flow rate. (2) When discharging, turn the steering valve to the flushing direction. Water enters from the front of the steering valve, flows outside the filter mesh, and then enters the rear of the steering valve from outside the filter mesh. All debris will be collected at the discharge port, and then open the discharge valve to discharge the debris, playing the best automatic backwash function of the entire filter.

Principle of automatic flushing and sewage discharge
1. Work filtering
During normal operation, the water flow diversion valve is in the open state. The water that needs to be treated is filtered through a filter screen and uses the principle of inertia to deposit fine particles, impurities, and suspended solids in the water near the discharge outlet due to inertia.
2. Rinse and discharge sewage
During normal flushing, the water flow diversion valve is in the open state. When the filter screen intercepts a certain amount of small particles, impurities, and suspended solids in the water, open the valve on the discharge outlet. This means that the impurities stuck to the collection section of the filter will be washed away by the water flow until the discharged water is clear. Close the valve on the sewage outlet again and enter normal working condition.
3. Backwash sewage discharge
When backwashing, the water flow diversion valve is in the closed state, and the drain valve is opened. At this time, the water flow is forced to enter the outer side of the filter cartridge and the shell interlayer from the inlet section of the filter cartridge, and in the opposite direction, flush the impurities adhered to the mesh from the outer side of the filter cartridge, achieving the purpose of cleaning the filter cartridge. Due to the closure of the steering valve, the flow band of water increases after passing through the backwash valve, resulting in good backwashing effect.
