A bimetallic thermometer is a device that fixes the head of a temperature sensing element to the bottom of a protective tube using argon arc welding. When the thermometer malfunctions, breaks down, is damaged, or experiences other conditions, production must be interrupted before a new thermometer can be replaced. The core pulling bimetallic thermometer integrates the meter head and temperature sensing element, and the outer protective tube and connecting piece. When a new meter needs to be replaced, simply remove the meter head from the outer protective tube fixed to the equipment and replace it with another new meter head. Replacing a new watch only takes two to three minutes and does not require stopping the machine for replacement. At present, bimetallic thermometers commonly used both domestically and internationally must be equipped with an external sleeve if they need to be turned on without stopping production and replaced with a new one. This greatly increases the temperature response time, reduces sensitivity, and increases the economic burden on the user unit due to the use of two sleeves.
