Product Introduction

The SPS15 diffusion silicon pressure sensor combines solid-state integration technology with isolation diaphragm technology. The diffusion silicon chip is encapsulated in an oil filled chamber and isolated from the measuring medium through a stainless steel diaphragm and housing, providing users with cost-effective products. The SPS diffusion silicon series pressure sensor is applied to Senstable piezoresistive sensor technology and temperature compensation process. The temperature compensation resistor loop is fabricated on a mixed ceramic substrate, providing temperature compensation with a wide range of 0-70 ℃. The measurement error is less than 0.75% within the temperature compensation range. This series can be widely used for gas and liquid pressure detection, and even in harsh environments such as sewage, steam, and weakly corrosive media, it still has excellent performance.

The SPS15 diffused silicon pressure sensor has standard zero point output and wide temperature compensation. High sensitivity, stability and repeatability of signal output make it unaffected by dynamic pressure loads such as vibration and impact, and have excellent mechanical stability.
