Product Introduction
The KYB3000 series sapphire pressure transmitter adopts imported high-precision silicon sapphire sensitive components, and converts pressure signals into standard electrical signals through a dedicated amplification circuit.
The core component of the KYB3000 series sapphire pressure transmitter is a silicon sapphire sensitive element made using sapphire heteroepitaxy technology. A strain resistance bridge is arranged on the epitaxial silicon wafer, and the sapphire silicon film and titanium alloy film are sealed together using high-temperature welding technology. Due to the use of sapphire as the insulating substrate, the weakness of P-N junction isolation technology in diffused silicon pressure-sensitive elements is overcome, providing perfect high-temperature performance and excellent long-term stability. In addition, the overall structure has no isolation membrane or intermediate liquid, and the tested medium is directly in contact with the titanium alloy membrane, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and minimal zero drift
