YBY Pressure transmitterDetailed product description:

Product Introduction
The YBY pressure transmitter adopts a stainless steel corrugated diaphragm protected oil filled pressure sensitive element, which uses high-precision and high stability pressure sensitive chips produced by well-known foreign chip manufacturers. After automatic testing by a computer system, compensation resistance values are provided, and external resistors are used for zero position and temperature performance compensation. It has the characteristics of small size, good sealing performance, wide measurement medium range, wide temperature range, and easy use. This product can be widely used for measurement and automatic control in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, textile, and light industry.
The YBY pressure transmitter belongs to the DDZ-III type instrument, which uses diffusion silicon force sensing devices produced by the American company Mike. This device is made by using integrated circuit technology to create sensitive resistors on crystalline silicon wafers, forming a Wheatstone bridge as a sensitive device for force conversion. When subjected to external forces, the bridge loses balance. When a constant current excitation is applied to the bridge, the pressure signal can be linearly converted into a millivolt voltage signal, amplified and converted into a 4-20mA standard current signal output, suitable for long-distance signal transmission and coordination between various instruments.
