TUD310 is a newly designed fully digital ultrasonic flaw detector with multiple innovative points, featuring fast detection speed, high accuracy, and stable waveform. The equivalent sampling frequency is as high as 320MHz, and the detection rate of small defects is high; The analysis of ultrasonic echo signals adopts DSP processing technology, which enables fast identification of target defect signals and smooth filtering technology for waveform display sampling, making it more suitable for the detection of materials with strong background noise such as coarse-grained metals. The key performance indicators are similar to or exceed those of similar international products. The storage capacity has reached 32M for the first time in the industry, with 32 inspection channels.
