survey:
SCAR sewage composite exhaust valve is used at the highest point or closed air place on sewage pipelines to clear the pipeline and achieve normal operation by eliminating the gas inside the pipeline. If the exhaust valve is not installed, the pipeline may become blocked at any time, which means that the water outlet capacity of the pipeline does not meet the design requirements. Secondly, if there is a power outage or pump stop during operation, the pipeline may experience negative pressure in a timely manner, which can cause vibration or rupture of the pipeline. The exhaust (suction) valve will quickly suck air into the pipeline to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture.
Working principle:
When the sewage inside the pipe is in operation, the valve flap stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the sewage enters the valve, the ball floats up, and the valve flap is driven to close, stopping the exhaust. During the operation of the pipe, a small amount of gas will naturally be generated, which will concentrate in the upper part of the pipe. To a considerable extent, the sewage in the valve will decrease, the float will descend along the water, and the gas will be discharged from the small hole. If there is a power outage or pump shutdown, negative pressure may occur at any time when the water flow in the pipeline is empty. The floating ball will descend along the water and open the small hole to drive the large hole for a large amount of air supply, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
Note: The pressure of the exhaust valve should not be lower than 0.02Mpa during use. If it is lower than 0.02Mpa, the exhaust valve is prone to water leakage. A valve must be equipped for maintenance purposes.
The principle of SCAR exhaust valve is the same as that of CARX exhaust valve, except for slight structural changes. The lever mechanism has been slightly improved (as shown in the figure) to control the floating ball at the lower part, so that the dirt can only be trapped at the lower part of the valve body and will not wrap around the upper exhaust port, which will not affect the sealing performance. The secondary product is an exhaust valve for specialized sewage pipeline engineering.
