Under normal circumstances, the ARVX micro exhaust valve contains about 2VOL% dissolved air in water. During the water delivery process, this air is continuously released from the water and accumulates at the high point of the pipeline, forming an air bag (AIR POCKET), making water delivery difficult and reducing the system's water delivery capacity by about 5-15%. The main function of ARVX exhaust valve is to remove the 2VOL% dissolved air, and it is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, factory piping, and small pump stations to protect or improve the water delivery efficiency of the system and save energy. The SIMPLE LEVER TYPE micro exhaust valve is a valve body similar to an oval shape, with all internal components including the float, lever, bracket, and valve seat made of 304 stainless steel. It uses a standard exhaust aperture of 1/16 and is suitable for use in PN16 working pressure environments.
