Working principle and structure of LCY14-1B zero position centering hydraulic variable displacement pump
The LCY14-1B zero position centering hydraulic variable pump relies on external control oil pressure (≥ 7MPa) to control variables, and is operated by a three position four-way directional valve with a P-type slide valve function. It can ensure zero eccentricity during no-load operation, and the accuracy of zero position centering can reach within 0.5%. Using this variable form can eliminate some high flow directional valves in hydraulic systems, simplify the hydraulic system, and reduce the impact of the hydraulic system. When different flow rates are required in two directions of a closed oil circuit, the position of the limiting piston can be adjusted separately by adjusting the screw. When in an open oil circuit, the adjusting screw can be adjusted to the limit position according to requirements, so that the flow rate of the pump is zero.
