The 3151 series intelligent and non intelligent capacitive pressure/differential pressure transmitters are a generation of capacitive series transmitters developed by our company by drawing on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and combining them with practical application scenarios and characteristics. According to the variety, it can be divided into micro differential pressure transmitters, pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, high static pressure differential pressure transmitters, flange level transmitters, and remote pressure/differential pressure transmitters. Suitable for process control and measurement in fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, textile, pharmaceutical, and power.
structural principle
The two pressures of the measured medium enter the high and low pressure chambers and act on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the δ element (i.e. the sensitive element). They are then transferred to both sides of the pre tensioned measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragms and the filling liquid inside the δ element. The measuring diaphragm and the electrodes on both sides of the insulator form a capacitor. When there is no pressure entering or the pressure on both sides is equal, the measuring diaphragm is in the middle position. When the pressure on both sides is not consistent, it causes displacement of the measuring diaphragm, which is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitance on both sides is unequal. Through detection, amplification and conversion, it is converted into a 4-20mA DC standard signal. The structural principle of pressure transmitters and absolute pressure transmitters is the same as that of differential pressure transmitters, except that the pressure in the low-pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum.
