structural principle
The instrument is equipped with M27 × 1.5 or ZG3/4 "threaded joints on both the upper and lower valves, which are connected to the container through flanges to form a connector. The height of the liquid level in the container can be directly read through a glass tube.
The instrument is equipped with steel balls inside both the upper and lower valves. When the glass tube is damaged due to an accident, the steel balls block the channel under the pressure inside the container, so that the container automatically seals and prevents the liquid inside the container from continuing to flow out.
A blocking hole screw is installed at the valve end of the instrument, which can be used for sampling or for releasing residual liquid from the instrument during inspection.
