1、 Overview:
ALY-H automatic liquid level controller and liquid level automatic control box form a liquid level automatic control device. At the same time, it is widely used in environmental protection facilities for the treatment of "three wastes" and the discharge of pollutants.
2、 Structural principle:
The ALY-H type spring type water (liquid) level control is mainly controlled by a high-power dry reed switch (hereinafter referred to as the reed switch), which is installed inside the conduit; The floating ball is placed outside the conduit and contains a ring-shaped constant magnetic steel inside; There is no sealed junction box on the conduit, and wiring terminals are installed inside. The bottom of the conduit is sealed with a threaded sleeve. This control conduit is vertically installed in open containers such as water towers, water tanks, and water pools. The floating ball rises and falls with the change of water level. When the water level drops to the controlled low water level (or rises to the controlled high water level), the reed switch is subjected to magnetic constant action, overcoming the restoring torque of the reed switch. The reed switch moves (normally open contact closes, normally closed contact section opens), sends out low or high water level signals, and acts on the automatic water level control device or water level alarm device.

4 Structural principle:
The ALY-H rod float level gauge static pressure level transmitter sensor determines the liquid level height by measuring the static pressure generated by the liquid level. The hydrostatic pressure of a liquid is represented by the formula P=Po+р gh, where Po is the atmospheric pressure at the upper part of the liquid surface, р is the density of the measured liquid, H is the height of the liquid, and g is the gravitational acceleration (constant). When Po remains constant, the pressure depends on two variables: density and liquid level. When the liquid density is a certain value, the liquid level will have a linear relationship with pressure. This pressure acts on the sensing surface of the transmitter diffusion silicon pressure sensor, and through the piezoresistive effect of the sensor, the liquid column pressure is converted into a voltage signal. This signal is amplified and directly converted into 4-20mA. If there is a change in atmospheric pressure above the liquid level, the pressure sensor will be affected just like a change in liquid level. UPD-91 adopts a breathable cable design method, which introduces the external atmospheric pressure into the other side of the sensor pressure sensing surface.
