Structure: The locator consists of a valve body, a pilot valve component, a diaphragm component, a feedback component, etc.
Principle: Designed using the force balance principle of cam feedback. When the control signal of the regulator is sent to the signal chamber of the locator, the diaphragm drives the pilot valve to move to the left, and the output pressure of the locator increases, causing the actuator stroke to increase. At the same time, the actuator stroke passes through the feedback cam, causing the feedback spring pressure acting on the diaphragm to also increase. The diaphragm pushes the pilot valve to move to the right until the force of the signal on the diaphragm and the feedback spring pressure reach stability, achieving the corresponding relationship between the signal and the stroke.
