The ZPD-01/02A-B electric pneumatic valve positioner is an auxiliary instrument used in conjunction with pneumatic control valves. It receives a direct current signal of 0-10mA DC from the pneumatic control instrument and converts it into an output pressure signal to control the stroke of the control valve. Through the feedback system, the stroke and signal are proportionally changed to achieve the correct positioning of the valve core. Therefore, it has a composite function of an electric pneumatic converter and a pneumatic valve positioner.

It can overcome the frictional resistance of valve components and the unbalanced force of the valve core caused by changes in the pressure of the regulated medium, thereby improving the working characteristics of the regulating valve.
