The EP1000 electric pneumatic valve positioner is used in conjunction with a control penalty to convert the signal output by the regulator into a pneumatic signal that drives the regulating valve, overcoming the friction between the packing box and the valve stem. The valve positioner overcomes the unbalanced force of the regulating valve core caused by the medium pressure difference, and improves the valve's operating speed. The valve positioner can achieve split range control (amplitude signal), change the valve's operating mode, and control various types of pneumatic actuators with non-standard operating pressure.
