1、 Introduction
The JS-05 vibration velocity sensor, also known as the magneto electric vibration velocity sensor, is mainly used for vibration monitoring of power plant generator sets, fans, rotating machinery, blasting, etc. It is also widely used in pile foundation testing and petroleum exploration, with a wide frequency band and high false frequency, and the allowable deviation of various parameter indicators is within ± 5%. Good stability, high accuracy, rich signal acquisition, dual coil structure improves the ability to resist common mode interference, and the coil can rotate freely within 360 °, effectively eliminating surface wave interference. Therefore, the sensor has a high signal-to-noise ratio, small phase difference, high dynamic resolution, strong temperature adaptability, and is suitable for seismic exploration in various environments. Mainly installed on bearing covers of various rotating mechanical devices, such as steam turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps.
