The QYF stainless steel submersible pump is a submersible pump developed and designed by our factory, with its casing, overcurrent components, and external parts made of stainless steel (304, 316, 304L, 316L). According to its structural form, the QYF series is suitable for various water landscape projects, chemical enterprises, salt fields, seawater discharge, and special mining environments. It can also be used for transporting slightly corrosive liquids. Has the following characteristics:
·Integrated pump and electricity, compact structure;
·Pollution free, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high strength;
·No need for water diversion, easy to use;
·Double end seal (hard alloy hard alloy);
·Electrical protection and durability;
·Reasonable design, safe and reliable.
This product is developed based on the characteristics of water landscape engineering and the requirements for use in environments with slight corrosiveness. In addition to retaining the traditional structural advantages of QY products, all components are made of stainless steel structure. The QYF motor adopts an oil filled structure, which facilitates the cooling and lubrication of the motor and seal. The pump outlet adopts a flange structure, which is very easy to install and maintain. The motor is F-class insulated, which can meet the requirements of frequent motor start-up for music fountains. The product complies with the JB/T8092-1996 standard.
1. Usage conditions:
·When the rated head of the electric pump is less than 10m, it is allowed to dive underwater to a depth not exceeding 10m;
·When the rated head of the electric pump is greater than 10m, it is allowed to submerge to a depth of no more than 40m underwater;
·The medium water temperature does not exceed+40 ℃;
·The sand content in water or the volume ratio of solid particles insoluble in water shall not exceed 0.1%,
·Particle size not exceeding 0.2mm;
·Generally, clean water at room temperature, such as well water, river water, or slightly corrosive liquids.
