Characteristics of AC-16 series explosion-proof plug (IIB IIC)
Suitable for circuits with a rated voltage below 380V and a rated current of 6-16A, used as a power source for connecting handheld tools and lighting fixtures, with a cast aluminum alloy shell and surface spray coating. The socket is equipped with a protective cover for opening and closing, and it is strictly prohibited to open the cover with electricity. The grounding contact of the plug is longer than the main contact, so the ground wire is connected before the main contact is connected. When unplugging the plug, the grounding wire is finally disconnected to ensure safety. The plug and switch are made in a chain structure. When the plug is inserted, the rotating sleeve on the plug rotates to the right to a certain angle, and the plug in the socket is closed, and the plug cannot be unplugged. On the contrary, if the sleeve is rotated to the left by a certain angle, the switch will be disconnected before the plug can be unplugged. The socket is equipped with a protective cover, which covers the socket after the plug is unplugged to prevent foreign objects from entering. Steel pipes or cable wiring must be equipped with cable clamping and sealing joints.
