The YSZ-30 pressure transmitter is made of imported diffused silicon pressure sensors and specialized integrated components. Suitable for measuring the pressure of various fluid media in industrial processes, converting pressure parameters into a two-wire system of 4-20mA. The standard DC signal output is DC, which is used in conjunction with corresponding display instruments and detection devices to achieve automatic detection or control of pressure.
YSZ-30 pressure transmitter is a solid-state force transmitter. A four arm Wheatstone bridge is formed by diffusing four resistors onto a silicon diaphragm made using advanced micro mechanical processing technology to form a piezoresistive force sensing device. Under the action of excitation current, the device converts the stress formed by the measured pressure on the silicon diaphragm into a voltage output signal proportional to the measured pressure.
The electronic amplifier circuit board, designed with advanced solid-state components and a two-wire 14-20mA output, is placed inside a stainless steel casing and filled with silicone rubber to ensure vibration resistance, impact resistance, and moisture resistance.
Electronic circuit design includes reverse diodes, through-hole capacitive diodes, and Zener diodes to achieve high-performance reverse and overvoltage protection, as well as resistance to radio frequency and electromagnetic interference.
The pressure measuring element of the pressure transmitter is equipped with a 316 stainless steel diaphragm and filled with silicone oil as the pressure transmission medium, forming a complete core component. The measured medium acts on the isolation diaphragm, and then transmits pressure to the silicon strain diaphragm through silicone oil, ensuring the stability of the instrument and expanding the applicability of the measured medium. It is suitable for measuring the pressure of corrosive liquids and gases compatible with 316 stainless steel.
