Overview
The URS-100 transmitter, URS-100T input static pressure level gauge, and integrated level transmitter have world advanced levels and are widely used in the manufacturing of sensors as sensitive components in military products. It is mainly used for measuring pressure and liquid level in automation control systems, and outputs standard 4-20mA signals.

The URS-100 transmitter and URS-100T input static pressure level gauge utilize high reliability integrated circuits, combined with a new circuit design to achieve 24VDC non-polar connection. At the same time, a new lightning protection circuit is designed to further ensure the self-protection ability of the product when working outdoors.
The integrated liquid level transmitter simplifies the installation method, directly outputs 4-20mA, and has a dedicated lightning protection circuit designed on the internal circuit, which to a certain extent ensures the product's ability to withstand external impacts for long-term outdoor work.

Explanation: Due to the leak proof sealing of the structural components of the integrated liquid level transmitter in this series of products at the factory, please do not disassemble or assemble the product without authorization. If debugging is necessary, please contact our company. Otherwise, we will not make any commitment to the product disassembled or assembled by the user.
The zero position and range of the URS-100 pressure transmitter and URS-100T input static pressure level gauge can be continuously adjusted when the exposed circuit of the housing is opened, and the two potentiometers are adjustable.

2. Method: When connected to the atmosphere, supply 24V power to the product, adjust the Z potentiometer to make the current 4mA; then use a standard pressure source to pressurize the product to the rated pressure (range), adjust the S potentiometer to make the current 20mA, and repeat this several times until it meets the standard requirements.
★ Intelligent type
Our company can superimpose the HART communication protocol on the output signal of 4-20mA of URS-100 pressure transmitter and URS-100T input static pressure level gauge according to user requirements, making the product intelligent and more convenient for users during use.
After the product complies with the HART protocol, it can be installed and used in the same way as analog signal instruments (i.e. regular type). During range migration, zero position, and full-scale calibration, handheld terminals can be used to complete the process. This product has strong compatibility and can communicate bidirectionally with any product that complies with the HART protocol.
The product can also be adjusted on-site using the zero position and range buttons on the circuit board and LED to adjust the zero position, range, and damping, using the same method as analog signal instruments. (Not recommended for use)
