Overview
The HCV series one-way valve is a refrigeration component used to prevent the reverse flow of Freon in liquid pipelines, suction pipelines, and hot gas bypass pipelines of cryogenic Freon systems.

Job characteristics
The HCV series one-way valve adopts a design different from traditional one-way valves. The original one-way valve relied on the pressure difference of the refrigerant to open the valve disc. As the valve disc moved further away from the valve seat, the required pressure to open the valve increased, resulting in a certain pressure loss. The clever magnetic design of HCV reduces the required pressure difference when the valve core is separated from the valve seat by a certain distance. In the new manufacturing process of HCV, internal component damage caused by overheating can be avoided.
