LHS-200 Spiral Flow Meter
The LHS type spiral (single rotor) flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the flowmeter) is designed specifically for measuring crude oil and other fluids with a wide viscosity range. It is mainly used for high-precision flow measurement of high sand and high water content crude oil, oily wastewater, diesel, gasoline, and light oil.

Features:
1. Spiral rotor: allows for precise measurement of fluids with a wide viscosity range, reducing the influence of wax and other adhesives.
2. Stainless steel measuring components: Made of stainless steel material to prevent severe corrosion of the flow meter when the water content is high or there are other corrosive components;
3. Durable wear-resistant material bearing system: The bearings are made of wear-resistant materials, which are hard and wear-resistant. The unique design ensures that the bearings will not be crushed by sand and gravel;
4. Even if the rotating parts are stuck and unable to rotate, the fluid can still pass through the flowmeter without causing a sudden increase in pipeline pressure due to blockage;
5. Various flow converters installed in conjunction with flow meters according to user needs can display different reading methods, making it convenient for users to read. At the same time, they can output pulse signals or standard current signals (with additional configuration), which can be transmitted to remote display instruments or computers for signal processing.
6. Lightweight structure and easy installation.

The LHS series spiral (single rotor) flowmeter can be configured with different flow converters according to user needs to achieve different functions:
TBS type flow converter, on-site LCD display instantaneous flow (5-digit display) and cumulative total amount (7-digit display);  
TBT type flow converter, on-site LCD display cumulative total amount (12 digit display);  
TBL type flow converter, on-site LCD display instantaneous flow (5-digit display) and digital flow percentage (4-digit LCD display).
The above configurations can be equipped with standard DC current signal (4-20mA) output function (FI type flow converter).  
TBS-G type flow converter, with built-in power supply, on-site LCD display of instantaneous flow (5-digit display) and cumulative total amount (7-digit display);
Note: When outputting standard current signals, please indicate the maximum flow rate.
The flowmeter has a simple structure, few moving parts, stable and reliable performance, high accuracy, and will not block the pipeline even in case of failure. It is easy to maintain and does not require high requirements for the straight pipe sections before and after the flowmeter. The flow converter has power loss data protection, saves power consumption, and is easy to install, use, and operate.
