The SPX series online low flow meter adopts ruby bearings and nickel based tungsten carbide shafts, which enable the low flow meter to measure extremely low flow rates and provide excellent wear resistance characteristics. The polypropylene housing of the SPX series online low flow meter can withstand many mild chemicals and can be used for standard 3/8 "-1" pipe threads. The PVDF rotor of the flowmeter can be seen through the transparent acrylic resin cover. The 6-24VDC pulse output of the SPX series online low flow meter is compatible with many types of PLCs, counters, full-scale flow rate displays, and controllers. Application tip: It is recommended that the upstream straight pipe length of the SPX series online low flow meter be at least 5 times the diameter (preferably 10 times the diameter). The SPX series online low flow meter can be installed vertically or horizontally.
Can the SPX series online low flow meter be used for media such as acid, corrosive agents, ethylene glycol, etc?

The main material of the SPX series online low flow meter is polypropylene, and the standard lens is acrylic resin. They are all good universal chemical resistant materials, but cannot withstand highly corrosive chemicals. The rotor material of the SPX series online low flow meter is PVDF, and the shaft is nickel based tungsten carbide, with corrosion resistance similar to stainless steel.
