I. Overview
1.1 FZW36-40.5/D1250-20 outdoor high-voltage vacuum isolation load switch (hereinafter referred to as load switch) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV outdoor high-voltage switchgear suitable for breaking and closing the load current of urban or rural distribution systems and the breaking transfer current of fuses. Equipped with an electric mechanism and controller, it can be used as a line sectionalizer or automatic sectionalizer. Due to the adoption of a new insulation structure design and vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, this load switch has a clearly visible fracture after opening, and also functions as an isolation switch. In addition, it has a large opening capacity, no oil, and therefore has the characteristics of no pollution to the environment, no explosion hazard, long electrical life, and maintenance free. 1.2 The technical conditions of this load switch comply with the shared technical requirements of the national standard GB3804.1-xx, 3-36kV AC high voltage load switch, and GB/T11022-1999 high voltage switchgear and control equipment standards.
2、 Usage environment and conditions
a. The ambient air temperature is within ± 40 ℃;
b. Pollution level not exceeding level III
c. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
d. The wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to a wind speed of 34 meters per second);
e. Condensation can occur during periods of high humidity when the temperature drops sharply;
f. Places without fire, explosion, or chemical corrosion;
g. There are no frequent severe vibrations, and the seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
