The KL4LM (A) type mining lamp is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant standards such as GB7957-2003 "General Requirements for Safety Performance of Mining Lamps". This mining lamp has the advantages of small size, light weight, easy portability, long service life, high illumination, fast charging, no pollution, maintenance free, energy-saving and safe use. When the main light source is damaged or the lighting time exceeds the specified time, simply toggle the switch in the other direction to light up the LED auxiliary light source, providing low light illumination for underground workers. At the same time, in case of special situations underground, low light plays a life-saving role. The auxiliary light source can provide continuous illumination for more than 30 hours. This mining lamp uses lithium-ion batteries as its power source and is equipped with overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and overheat protection circuits in the battery pack, which extends the battery life. Due to the battery of the mining lamp being installed inside the lamp head, it has a lightweight structure and is very convenient for users to carry, improving work efficiency.

2、 Structural features and working principle:
The 2.1KL4LM (A) type mining lamp consists of a lamp head assembly, cables, a battery part (including a lithium-ion battery safety protection device), etc. The lamp head is equipped with an LED light source and can be fixed on a mining safety helmet.
The 2.2L4LM (A) type mining lamp consists of a basic circuit consisting of a power supply, a lamp head, LED light-emitting diodes, switches, etc. The lamp head is equipped with a circuit switch that can control the main or auxiliary lamp to light up or turn off. The lamp head is equipped with a charging device that uses the lamp head charging method. The lithium battery is equipped with a short-circuit protection device, which can automatically cut off the power supply in case of a short circuit to ensure safe use.

4、 Product usage and operation methods:
4. Product usage:
The mining lamp can be discharged continuously or intermittently. Before use, check the appearance of the lithium battery to see if the mining lamp is intact. This product uses lithium-ion maintenance free batteries, which can generally be used directly. For those that have been stored for too long or for safety reasons, they can be recharged using the following charging method before use.

4. 2 Operation methods:
Turn on the mining lamp switch to turn on the mining lamp. The lamp head switch has two directions: one is the main light source mainly for work, and the other is the auxiliary light source mainly for backup or non work purposes.
4. 3 Charging
After the miner's lamp is delivered to the lamp room, it is charged using the dedicated charging equipment provided with this product. The dedicated charging device plug can be inserted into the headlight charging socket for charging. The lamp head is equipped with an automatic constant current and constant voltage charging controller, which can be charged using a traditional 5V constant voltage miner's lamp charging rack. The charging time does not exceed 8 hours, and it can automatically stop charging after being fully charged.

Open the lamp head and check if there are any micro short circuits in the connecting parts; 3. Please replace the battery in advance when its lifespan is about to end. 6、 Transportation and storage:

6.1 Mining lamps must not be subjected to severe mechanical impacts during transportation, and should be protected from severe vibrations, falls, exposure to sunlight, rain, rolling, and heavy pressure.
6.2 Mining lamps should be stored in a dry and well ventilated warehouse with a temperature range of -5 to 40 ℃, free from corrosive gases.
6.3 The effective storage period of the mining lamp is six months from the date of production.

7、 Unpacking and Inspection:

7.1 Check if the outer packaging box is intact and undamaged, and if the quantity of products and accompanying documents inside the box are complete.

9、 Safety Warning:
