Scope of application

The resistor ZX15 series is suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz, voltage up to 660V, and DC voltage of 440V. It is mainly used for starting, braking, and speed regulation of electric motors. Its capacity is about 4.6kW and can be used interchangeably with resistors of the same box number ZX1 type.
① The altitude shall not exceed 2500m
② The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed+40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -30 ℃;
③ When the relative humidity of the air at+20 ℃± 5 ℃ is not greater than 85%;  
④ There are no gases or conductive dust in the surrounding medium that can corrode metals, damage insulation, or pose an explosion hazard;
⑤ There must be rain and snow protection equipment in areas that are not filled with water vapor;  
⑥ In areas without severe vibrations or strong jolts.

The ZX15 resistor series consists of ZY type wound circular resistor elements. The ZX15 resistor series uses milled chrome aluminum alloy resistor material, which is a high resistance electric heating alloy with a series of advantages such as high working temperature, long service life, high specific resistance, high surface load, small temperature coefficient of resistance, and small specific gravity.
