The MZ type coke oven gas special pressurized blower is suitable for industries such as metallurgy and coking. This type of fan has been tested and proven by the Zhejiang Large and Medium sized Fan Testing Center to have the advantages of low vibration, flat performance curve, and high efficiency, especially with the use of an "airflow seal" at the shaft end of the fan. This seal has no vulnerable parts and is completely sealed by the gas dynamic performance generated by the fan itself, which can ensure that the gas leakage of the fan is less than 5mg/m3. Furthermore, adding a nitrogen balance plate during design effectively addresses the axial thrust of the fan. The blower rotates counterclockwise with an outlet angle of 180 °. It has a split section structure shell and is designed with two types of transmission seats: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, making it easy for users to choose.
Purpose
The MZ type coke oven gas special blower is designed specifically for pressurizing coke oven gas and can also be used for other gas pressurization purposes, but the power needs to be converted and matched with the corresponding motor.
