The RMZ type hot gas booster centrifugal blower is a new type of gas booster developed based on the short distance and large diameter of gas transportation in hot gas stations. The successful development of this booster fills the international gap.
The RMZ type hot gas booster centrifugal blower can increase the pressure by 2.5 KPa, 5 KPa, 7.5 KPa, 10 KPa, 12.5 KPa, and 15 KPa according to the hot working conditions of the coal gas generator at a range of 1.5 meters to 3.4 meters, and can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise according to the actual distribution of the pipeline network. The exit angles are 0 °, 90 °, and 180 ° respectively.

Purpose and conditions
The RMZ type hot gas booster centrifugal blower is specifically designed to pressurize various single-stage and two-stage gas stations of the gas furnace, including those with a diameter of 1.5 meters, 1.6 meters, 2 meters, 2.2 meters, 2.4 meters, 2.6 meters, 3 meters, and 3.4 meters.
Usage conditions:
1) The temperature of the hot gas entering the fan using this fan shall not be lower than 250 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall be 500 ℃. The parameters provided by this fan are designed according to the temperature of 350 ℃ in most gas furnace stations.
2) A cyclone dust collector should be installed in front of the fan to remove large particles of dust that can easily damage the fan.
3) The fan should be installed at the nearest location after the dust collector, ensuring that the temperature entering the fan is not lower than 250 ℃.
4) To ensure that the fan does not deform, an expansion joint should be added before the inlet and outlet of the fan (this fan can also be supplied as a complete set).
