The FWX series anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant centrifugal blower has the characteristics of fine air volume and pressure classification, wide coverage range, large user choice, and convenient selection. This product can transport corrosive gases of acid and alkali, as well as gases with temperatures below 500 ℃. When made of high-quality titanium steel, the temperature of the conveying medium can reach 800 ℃. Therefore, it has been widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, carbon black, and ceramics, and is also an ideal equipment for kiln exhaust, waste heat transportation, and combustion assistance.
structural characteristics
FW type fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, machine base and other components.
1. Impeller: The impeller is the heart of the entire fan. The blade profile of the fan is designed according to the new high-efficiency fan theory, and corresponding materials are selected according to different working conditions. It has reliable anti-corrosion and temperature resistance performance. After the impeller is made, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, and the accuracy is G5.6 level (higher than the national standard G6.3 level).
2. Shell and machine base: The shell is made of corresponding materials according to different working conditions, with reliable anti-corrosion and temperature resistance performance, and is welded to the machine base as a whole to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The import and export flanges of FWX and FWG series both use JB81-59 (6kg grade) standard flanges.
3. Air inlet: Made of high-quality stainless steel material, with a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed with bolts.
4. Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearings, bearing housing, coupling and other components. The main shaft is made of high-quality temperature resistant material and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment to ensure its sufficient strength. There are two types of bearing housings: integral and split, both of which use circulating water cooling and are equipped with cooling fans on the main shaft.
