5320A Multi functional electrical safety testing calibratorDetailed product description:

The 5320A has all the functions of calibrating an insulation tester, including insulation resistance, conductivity, circuit, residual current device (RCD), earth resistance, and other functions.
Portable electrical safety tester
The 5320A has all the functions of calibrating a portable electrical safety tester (PAT), including insulation resistance, ground connection resistance, leakage current, flicker voltage, circuit load, and other functions.
5320A multifunctional electrical safety testing calibrator insulation resistance tester
5320A output reporting resistor, high voltage resistor, measure the high voltage output of a megohmmeter or other desktop or portable insulation tester. Even when measuring insulation resistance at 1kV, resistance values ranging from 10 k Ω to 10 G Ω can be selected with a resolution of 4.5 bits, and there is also a single value resistance of 10 T Ω. When calibrating a 5 kV insulation tester, use an external 10 kV adapter that can extend the resistance range to 10 T Ω. This is a dual function adapter that can serve as both a 1000:1 voltage divider and an x1000 resistance multiplier.
Conductivity test and earth resistance tester
In order to calibrate these low value resistance testers, the calibrator must be able to output precise low value resistance. The 5320A provides resistors ranging from 100 m Ω to 10 k Ω with a resolution of 3 and a half bits, and can be output in two or four wire mode.
Loop/Line Impedance Test and Grounding Connection Test
There are 16 high-power and high current resistors in 5320A, and the circuit resistance or line resistance can be increased according to the determined value. Scanning can automatically determine the circuit resistance, while active compensation mode can compensate for residual impedance in the circuit or line.
Leakage protection device (RCD) or ground fault current tester (GFCI)
5320A can simulate circuit breakers (RCD/GFCI) to verify or calibrate tripping current and tripping time over a wide range, accurately calibrating such testing instruments. For most residual current devices (RCD), the calculation uncertainty of trip time is 0.25ms, which is sufficient to provide a measurement uncertainty ratio of 4:1. The uncertainty of tripping current is 1%, which can provide a measurement uncertainty ratio better than 4:1 in most cases.
Leakage current test
Simulate leakage current modes in direct/contact, differential, and alternative modes with a resolution of four and a half digits, ranging from 0.1mA to 30mA. Unlike other calibrators, the 5320A can choose the most suitable mode for testing.
voltmeter
Many testing instruments have voltmeters inside, so you don't need additional equipment to calibrate this workload. The 5320A/VLC calibrator contains a precision voltage source with an uncertainty of 0.1% and a voltage of 600V, which can calibrate AC/DC voltmeters.
Withstand Voltage Tester
Using a voltage tester for electrical safety testing involves various electrical and electronic products, including refrigerators, power supplies, testing instruments, and cables. These tests are generally government regulatory requirements to ensure product safety. The internal voltage tester of 5320A can perform AC/DC voltage calibration, and the internal instruments can calibrate voltage and current. For voltages exceeding 1kV, Fluke offers two types of accessories: a 10kV adapter and a 40kV probe. Using this 10 kV adapter, the internal voltmeter of 5320A can be used to calibrate the 10 kV AC voltage with an uncertainty of 0.5%. Each attachment can measure voltages exceeding 1000V using an internal voltmeter.
Medical equipment electrical safety tester
With the numerous features and high accuracy of Fluke 5320A, calibrating medical instrument electrical safety testers can be easily added to your workload.
