FZN40-12 is a vacuum load switch that applies the principle of vacuum arc extinguishing to achieve overload and short-circuit fault protection on 12kV lines. Due to the increasing environmental awareness of users around the world, products that cause pollution to the environment are gradually being phased out. FZN40-12 is a replacement product for the series of sulfur hexafluoride switches.
The FZN40-12 series vacuum switch is a frequently used switch equipment, and its mechanical and electrical lifespan can individually reach over 10000 cycles.
The FZN40-12 vacuum switch has a short-circuit breaking capacity of 31.5kA (or a transfer current of 3150kA when combined with a fuse) and equivalent protection function to a circuit breaker.
The FZRN40-12 fuse combination device integrates the intelligent control unit that can be equipped with a circuit breaker, the high breaking ability of its vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and the advantage of the fuse in reverse time rapid breaking during high current short circuits. Therefore, it can independently break overload current multiple times like a circuit breaker, vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and can also achieve a quick break fuse of less than 10ms. It has a long electrical life, can be equipped with a remote operation system, and is an intelligent switch with adjustable current characteristics.
