The ZK-2 tension controller uses a speed sensor as the detection element to detect continuous changes in the diameter of the coil material. Feedback the signal of the change in coil diameter to the instrument, so that it outputs a corresponding control current, thereby changing the braking torque of the coil drum and achieving constant tension control of the coil.
