The V10 mini blade flow switch is a low-cost, high reliability device used to measure the presence or absence of flow in a system. V10 is a flow switch used to monitor automation equipment and prevent significant damage to it. The V10 flow switch utilizes a sturdy, airtight reed switch. This reed switch is enclosed in a polypropylene switch package. This switch is enclosed in a standard brass or 306 stainless steel durable leak proof housing. The patented switch adjustment device allows users to switch between normally open and normally closed by simply loosening two screws on site. The casing of the switch is located outside the process medium and will not affect the process flow when replacing and maintaining the switch. The wide working temperature and pressure range is suitable for various applications. The contact parts made of brass, stainless steel, and ceramic magnets have excellent chemical resistance and compatibility. The equipment is suitable for pipeline joints with diameters ranging from 1/2 "to 2". The product has been certified by UL and CSA.
We also offer full-size, adjustable stainless steel blades and detachable thin templates. The template has been calibrated and is suitable for brass, ductile iron reduced diameter T-shaped pipes, and forged steel straight T-shaped pipe/sleeve combinations.
