V11 Flotect? The flow switch adopts Dwyer's popular V10 design and adds durable overall wires. The integrated PBT switch housing and epoxy sealed wire connected to the main body can prevent rain and meet NEMA 4 standards for the switch. 22 AWG cable with UV impedance, flame retardant, standard length of 6 feet. This unique design eliminates the need for pipeline connections between switches and instrument panels, reducing installation costs.
Integrated with V11 is a sealed reed switch that can be used in normally open or normally closed configurations. The switch housing is installed outside the process medium to ensure that the switch position can be adjusted or easy maintenance can be carried out without interrupting the process flow. The switch body is leak proof and made of copper or 303SS. The detachable laminated template provides the feature of 301SS blades that can be repaired and cut. And this template uses copper or ductile iron standards to reduce the weight of the "T" head or cast steel straight "T" head (sleeve combination). Pipelines with diameters ranging from 1/2 "to 2" are allowed on site
