1、 Purpose and Scope of Application

FZW □ -12/630-20 outdoor AC high-voltage isolation vacuum load switch is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear equipment with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12KV. Suitable for breaking and closing load currents and short-circuit currents in urban or rural distribution systems, equipped with electric mechanisms and controllers, it can be used as a line sectionalizer or automatic sectionalizer. Due to the adoption of a new insulation structure design and vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, this isolated vacuum load switch has a clearly visible isolation fracture after being turned on and off, and also serves as an isolation switch. Due to the use of vacuum arc extinguishing principle, it has the characteristics of large capacity, no filling material, no environmental pollution, no explosion hazard, long electrical life, and maintenance free.

2、 Working principle
1. Normal working state: After the switch is closed, the main flow direction of the load current is: incoming board - isolation contact - outgoing board. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber completes the closing first, and finally the isolation contact connects to the incoming board, completing the closing.
2. Closing process: The operating mechanism drives the isolation contact to move. The roller first comes into contact with the crank arm contact and rotates it, and then the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is closed successively. Finally, the isolation contact is connected to the incoming line board, and the closing is completed.
3. Opening process: The operating mechanism drives the isolation contact to first close into the wire board and separate, causing the load current to transfer to the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. The isolation contact continues to move, causing the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber to open, and then a visible isolation fracture is formed, completing the opening.
