The UHZ-52 series magnetic float level gauge is suitable for liquid level measurement in open or pressure vessels. Based on its special design, this instrument is particularly suitable for use in corrosive, harmful, or flammable media and harsh environments. On site liquid level indication does not require power supply. This instrument can also be optionally equipped with an electric remote transmission system and limit switches simultaneously or separately.
Measuring principle
The operating principle of this instrument is the bypass pipeline liquid measurement principle. The measuring tube serves as a bypass container connected to it, so that the various conditions inside the measuring tube are the same as those inside the container. Install a permanent magnet system inside the float to transmit measurement values to the indicator through magnetic coupling. A linear scale strip is installed on the indicator. When the liquid level changes, the magnetic system inside the float drives the magnetic flap or float to indicate the corresponding liquid level value in the container.
