GLB single screw oil pump is a new type of mechanical oil extraction equipment, which is suitable for the production of low viscosity crude oil, as well as the extraction of high viscosity oil, high pour point oil, high wax oil, high sand oil, and high gas oil. It will become a commonly used mechanical oil extraction equipment in oil production. In order to better serve oilfield users, our company has digested and absorbed the advantages of current single screw oil pump materials and structures, and organized manpower and material resources to conduct in-depth research on the wear resistance, swelling resistance and other properties of the key component stator rubber of the product, basically solving the problem of rubber wear resistance; The ground drive part runs smoothly and has low noise. With the increasing improvement of application technology, single screw oil pump oil extraction technology has broad application prospects.
structural principle
Ground driven single screw oil pump is a rod pumping equipment, which consists of a pump body, ground driving device, and electrical control box. See attached figure
1. Pump body
The pump body, also known as a single screw oil pump, consists of a stator, rotor, oil pipe short section, limit block, and joint. The stator goes down the well with the oil pipe and is anchored, while the rotor goes down with the sucker rod and cooperates with the stator to form a multi-stage sealing chamber. When the ground driving device drives the rotor to rotate clockwise in the stator through the sucker rod, the multi-stage sealing chamber of the rotating stator moves from bottom to top, thereby lifting the crude oil and delivering it to the ground. The depth of the pump's wellbore is related to the number of stages of the sealing chamber, the pump's displacement is related to the speed of the rotor, stator lead, and driving device, and the pump's lifespan is mainly related to the performance of the stator rubber. When ordering a screw oil pump, users should understand or inform about the pump depth, oil well supply volume, and main corrosive media underground, in order to choose the corresponding oil pump.
2 Ground Drive Devices
It mainly consists of a prime mover (motor or diesel engine), a V-belt pulley, a gear set, an anti reverse structure, a load-bearing part, a smooth rod clamp, a sealing packing, and a frame. The motor deceleration is achieved through belt pulley and single-stage spiral bevel gear transmission, which drives the drive shaft to rotate. The torque is transmitted between the drive shaft and the rod through the rod clamp, thereby driving the sucker rod and rotor to rotate. This device is driven by a motor and equipped with belt pulleys of different diameters that can be replaced to adapt to oil wells with different liquid supply volumes or changes in the liquid supply volume of the same oil well. The device adopts a ratchet and pawl type anti reverse mechanism, which can prevent the sucker rod from reversing and causing the sucker rod to trip in case of unexpected power outage. In oil wells without power supply, our company has designed and manufactured diesel engine drive devices, which also play a role in pumping oil.
3 Electrical control box
This electrical control box is an electronic control device designed specifically for screw oil pumps, ensuring that the motor rotates in the forward direction to prevent the rod from disengaging. It has excellent overload protection and instantaneous protection against short circuits.
